For the month of September there were 48 Newly Listed Mountain Brook real estate. The Average Price was $677,784. The Median Price was $564,000.
Compare this to the month of September there were 31 Newly Listed Mountain Brook Homes for Sale. The Average Price was $1,070,029. The Median Price was $629,900. You will notice there were fewer homes coming on the market this month than September as well as a significant decrease in average and median price.

For the month of September there were 16 Mountain Brook AL homes sold in Mountain Brook. The Average Price was $712,191. The Median Price was $748,000, with 94 Average Days on Market at 90% of list price.
Compared to the month of September where there were 13 Sold homes in Mountain Brook Real Estate. The Average Price was $585,069. The Median Price was $425,000, with 75 Average Days on Market at 92% of list price. There seems to be the same number of homes selling with fewer time on the market for a little higher price compared to list price just in a lower price range.
