For the First quarter there were 20 Newly Listed Green Valley Homes for Sale. The Average Price was $246,490 and The Median Price was $249,900.

First Quarter 2008 Sold Properties

For the First quarter there were 9 Sold homes in Green Valley AL Real Estate in Hoover, Alabama. The Average Price was $194,306. The Median Price was $189,000 with 152 Average Days on Market, at 95% of list price.
